fix: Unity package now ships project runner 3.12.3, which reports MAIN_THREAD_BLOCKED and the stall notice - #3418
Package 3.21.2 was cut before the project runner 3.12.3 release pull request merged, so its pin still resolves runner 3.12.2.
Runner 3.12.2 shows the blocked-main-thread fail-fast as UNITY_RPC_ERROR and prints no stall notice on stderr.
Main already records 3.12.3 in the pin, but release-please opens a package release only after a fix: or feat: commit touches Packages/src. This commit is that change; it touches only the two package docs (no empty commit, no Release-As).
unity-package-release publishes v3.21.3 with projectRunnerVersion: 3.12.3 in the pin.
Changes
Packages/src/Documentation~/tools.md and tools_ja.md: a new section 18 for status. It lists the states, explains the 30-second MAIN_THREAD_BLOCKED fail-fast and the stall notice for commands whose own code blocks the main thread, and shows an example.
Verification
git diff --stat origin/main shows only the two doc files.
The state names and SecondsSinceLastMainThreadTick match the status skill.
…N_THREAD_BLOCKED and the stall notice
Package 3.21.2 was cut before the project runner 3.12.3 release pull
request merged, so its pin still resolves runner 3.12.2, which renders
the blocked-main-thread fail-fast as UNITY_RPC_ERROR and has no stderr
stall notice. Main already records 3.12.3 in the pin.
This commit documents `status` and the blocked-main-thread behavior in
the package docs, and exists so that release-please cuts the package
release that carries the pin.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the main change: the Unity package now pins project runner 3.12.3, which reports MAIN_THREAD_BLOCKED and the stall notice. The changeset adds documentation for the status command and the blocked-main-thread behavior, and the objectives state the fix: commit exists to let release-please cut package 3.21.3 with the 3.12.3 pin. The title is a single sentence, but it is long (106 characters) and describes the release mechanism more than the documentation change itself. Its core subject is related, so it passes.

The first paragraph read as an exhaustive list but named only six of the ten states, and said one state per line although status reports a single State field. List all ten in the skill table's order and describe the State field.
…ception
Inserted after replay-input, the status section fell under the PlayMode testing heading and pushed the E2E paragraph beneath it, so it now sits under its own heading at the end. The 5-minute UNITY_EDITOR_UNRESPONSIVE limit does not apply to execute-dynamic-code, whose snippet may block the main thread for as long as it runs; the package docs and the status skill now say so.
